CDL FC Looking to bounce back against SC United Bantams

Cincinnati, OH, June 28 2014 – The Cincinnati Dutch Lions FC (4-1-3) is looking to bounce back from a 1-3 defeat on Friday against the West Virginia Chaos. Despite numerous opportunities to score the team could not keep the points at home making the Sunday game against SC United Bantams (1-6-2) a crucial one to stay in the race for the Conference Championship.

Captain Rowin van Zaanen commented on the upcoming game: “Last game against West Virginia Chaos we played pretty well, but we should reward ourselves. We created a lot of chances but we were unlucky with finishing. If we continue playing as in our last game we will achieve better results. We have enough quality in the team to be in the top of the league.”

After the game the Cincinnati Dutch Lions FC will go on the road to play SC United Bantams again on Wednesday July 2 at 7.00pm.
